There are many reasons that emails to you are not getting through.The RC trader system has been tested over a long period of time and 99.99% of the time, you can count on the issue being at your end.

A few things you may want to check:

For the Seller:

The system has been tested thoroughly and the first things you should check are your spam filters. See if emails from RC trader are being sent to your spam folder.

As the emails from your ads are actually sent using the buyer's email address, if your spam filter is blocking certain domains (eg hotmail or gmail), your may find those emails get caught in your spam folder.

If your spam filters are catching these emails, it may help if you add the domain rctrader.com.au to your safe senders whitelist. See your tech support for more info.

For the buyer:

Some internet service providers do filter emails before they ever get to the end user, so please make sure that when you fill in your details, make sure you enter your email address correctly.

If you are using hotmail/gmail/yahoo style accounts, be aware that many service providers are rather harsh on filtering email from these free email account providers.
